Your anger is consuming you. And its not even really a betrayal as the Suns wont be competitive for at least a few years. This is the point you seem to glom over. This is what Steve wanted and Sarver decided to help him get it and we got 4 draft picks in return. Thats it. Thats all it is. Its not some great betrayal as you perceive it.
Just realize you are saying you would rather have Steve be pissed at the Suns for not helping him and the Suns get nothing back in return, Your anger is seriously blinding you.
Yawn. The Lakers and Suns are epic rivals regardless of any current competitive state for either team.
YOU don't seem to grasp that. Clearly you don't hate the Lakers like "we all do", if you're okay with any of this.
When did you start watching basketball? How long have you been a Suns fan?
I don't like being talked down to or having my opinion diminished as "blind anger". My feelings are VERY well-reasoned.
No I do hate the Lakers and anger was my initial reaction similar to yours. Then I stepped back, took a deep breath and thought it through without letting my emotions guide my judgement. You obviously didnt do this and we are just different people. There is a big difference between getting angry and letting your anger consume you.
And for the record i've been a fan since the McCloud era. And I was at Sky Harbor Airport to greet the Suns after returning hom frome beating the Lakers after Paul westphals famous prediction. I was at the dodge theater draft party when Amare got drafted. Just because you cant agree with or understand my position doesnt mean you have to start questioning my fanhood (which is your usual method). We're still all on the same team, im a Suns fan for life.
