This is a case where a man had a gun illegally (not a legal gun holder) and took it into a gun free zone (no guns were allowed in the theater).
The guns aren't the problem, the same way forks don't make people fat, its the individuals using the guns.
There was a situation in Florida where someone was holding a place up and a legal gun holder shot the man down to protect the innocent 3rd parties.
The situation is tragic no matter how you spin it. These people should be remembered peacefully.
However at moments like this its important not to jump the gun and to continue strip the liberties of Americans and enact a police state by flooding movie theaters with security and police.
What the hell are you talking about? The guns were all legally purchased and he passed all background checks. Way to make up facts to push a stupid agenda that has no basis in reality.
The four weapons recovered in the deadly shootings in Colorado all were purchased by the suspect in the case from retail gun stores in Colorado in the last two months, according to a federal law enforcement official.
"Background checks, as required by federal law, were properly conducted, and (Holmes) was approved," Whiteley said in a statement.
