You've been quoted multiple times where it is evident you have.

This is getting embarassing now. Please, quote me. Multiple times. The only quote I've seen thus far is a remark that is wholly different to the one you have attributed to me. How about instead of being classless, you just do the civil thing and apologise for misread what I wrote?

Lillard is one year older than Thor, they both declared as juniors but Lillard was redshirt junior after missing all but nine games of his real junior season with a foot injury.

Lillard will be 23 halfway through his rookie season.

Funnily enough Royce White despite declaring as a Sophomore is actually 21 years old, he originally got committed to Minnesota but after being charged for theft TWICE he left the team and took two years off to concentrate on his music career...lol

Miles Plumlee is 24 years old.

Weird year for ages.

MKG will be the same age as Lillard now when he comes off his rookie deal...lol

Crazy, especially Royce (lol).

I REALLY liked Thor pre-draft...but I just didn't like the fact that there seemed to be about 4-5 guys all considered to be in that "second tier," and that he was older than the others. Not a knock on him, but I was intrigued by the thought of where these younger guys (MKG, Beal, Andre, etc.) would be when they are Robinson's age. Glad we went for one of the younger guys for that reason.

I liked Thor too and trading down for him was my preferred but in the NBA quality beats quantity.

It seems that BPA over need is the consensus...at least in an ideal world (some GM's get this wrong)
Funnily enough the P in BPA stands for both player and potential, we really made the right pick since MKG is considered the second best player in this draft and has the perceived second highest upside.

I honestly think last year had something to do with this pick where we took a high-risk/high-reward player and a guy considered a proven commodity, as good as Kemba was last year Biz exceeded expectations and was our best rook.

Following our initial success with Biz taking MKG is a no brainer.

And to explain why Gilchrist was the second best player he was the best player and team leader on a team with the consensus number one pick.

I actually have the habit of lurking moreso than posting, I always read the entire thread before I post, I'd seen him saying it multiple times.

I'm too lazy to dig them out so thanks for having my back!! ;)

I went for a jog and took a shower. For future reference, internet debates are not realtime, and someone not responding for 30-40 minutes should not be construed as some sort of concession of defeat, rather they may just have a life they need to spend some time on.

I'm baffled what you think you're entitled to an apology for... you have quoted a collection of remarks that are all as I described them, and not as you did. Are you really unable to read the difference between what you've quoted, and what you've claimed I said?

Also you are obviously trolling.

I'm baffled. Are you not reading my posts properly, or are you actually unable to differentiate between "I don't feel confident about X" and "X is definitely happening, IT WILL HAPPEN, it's a fait accompli". Seriously? This would explain alot about the MKG overreaction I'm getting though...

Where was I speaking in definites? You keep saying you've provided some sort of quote, and you keep quoting me saying things like "I don't feel confident" or "I'm just not sure". Do you even understand how silly you guys look by persisting with this?

I'll humour you...here's one.

You are so obnoxious, because YOU don't think he will be a top five pick it makes it fact.

Here is a lot of evidence, why would we be concerned about something you believe??

You obviously know nothing about our team or MKG.

We're not in a debate about whether you think I'm obnoxious (a subjective issue), we're in disagreement about whether you've accurately attributed remarks to me (an objective fact). You haven't accurately attributed my remarks, and the embarassing thing is after having this pointed out so many times you insist on continuing it, making yourself look ridiculous.

The above quote is a good example. Note the very words you have bolded, "I don't think". This is not what you claimed I had said, which was (to remind you):
you are stating a definite by saying that MKG WILL NOT be a top five player

Again, you're wrong. An apology is the classy way to go, but at this stage I'm not holding my breath.

Based on how you're pursuing this, I am starting to believe you really don't understand the difference between the subjective phrase "I feel"/"I think"/"I doubt" and an objective statement, eg "Player X is clearly worse than player Y". This shouldn't be complex, but for you it seems to be. It's the same difference as between an indefinite article, and a definite one. "My opinion is X" is not the same as "X is reality".

Your intent is obvious and you are a blatant troll.

Please leave our board, you're not proving anything and you are also wrong.

It doesn't change the context by putting a maybe in there when you are lending no consideration to the fact of what you're saying could be incorrect.

So, that Kidd-Gilchrist is a pretty good basketball player, huh? Lot to like. Seems like a good young dude. This bickering for pages is really annoying to read. You guys should do watercolors or listen to music or something if you're so bored. Go workout or play hoops. Something. Arguing on the internet takes years off of your life, studies show.

Sik Infant world, where there is no difference between a sentence with a "maybe" in it, and one without it. This is refreshing to know. Maybe you're just a classless homer who doesn't want to apologise though.
