He needs to be able to catch the ball and go up and make put back plays. That's something he hasn't been able to do consistently.
I have no doubt that he will get there, only increased playing time is going to increase his confidence in the paint. The kid is just 19 and still very raw, but I think we'll get him where needs to be. With Haywood only on a one-year deal, if we find ourselves firmly out of contention another team may make a deal for him. He's cheap, and a solid rebounder. If that happens we could see Biz starting and hopefully see a lot of progession in his game. I would like to open next season with Biz as the starter just to show we're getting further into our bright future.
