And no one will recommend me a **** MRI so they can see what the hell is swollen in there despite that fact my insurance covers it.

I heard that you can tie a rope to your back and pull your dislocated vertebra into place.
Its a true story I saw it on TV. Some Introvert millionaire who is obsessed with bats and likes to hide in caves did this when some guy with a funny voice and disfigured face broke his back.

I don't think I could make the jump :(.

Same thing happens to me all the time... Too much time on the computer/TV in awkward positions= pinched nerve

Stretching works but is hard to do when you're locked up like that... You have to concentrate real hard on relaxing the surrounding muscles which is hard when you're about to pass out from the pain...
Sometimes, when it's real bad, the only thing that works are heavy-duty muscle relaxers and rest.

I try to find a pull-up bar to hang from for a minute or so. First by both hands, then by one or the other. It usually frees it up. But you have to stay active afterward or it'll lock up again.
Never have rice at Hanzo's house...

I'm getting past the point where that was helping. Although today I wasn't on my feet doing **** for 12 hours so I got to relax a little, and it doesn't hurt nearly as much right now.
