Might be Kobe, though it pains me to say. He's the only one we know of who has leaked sensitive information in the past. Oh, well...I guess he had to given the context of the situation, but I'll give at least a small amount of creedence to your Ebanks theory. He is disgruntled.
haah wtf are you even a laker fan? arent you just some random kobe hater from the gb?
and this has been bothering me since i first saw it, but who the **** names themselves ClintonDemocrat on a **** basketball forum. thats like one of the douchiest things ive ever seen, ever.
What's that all about? I have to tell you, that makes me feel a bit sad because I thought I answered the question honestly and I do lean towards Ebanks, but I'll have to move forward.
I wasn't saying that Kobe snitched because we don't know for sure yet. I was just saying that it could be him as well as anyone. We know he's made a slip up (maybe an honest mistake) in the past when he didn't think that commenting about in-house matters would point back to him. He has improved this behavior in recent years, let's give him credit. At one time or another, he mistakenly made some emotionally charged comments about a teammate without realizing someone was pointing a cellphone at him; those comments hurt overall team chemistry.
As much as I love him as a player, Kobe reminds me of my other idol President Clinton in that he sometimes does things that are impulsive and they tarnish his reputation for trustworthiness. I am probably leaning towards Ebanks being that he's been in the dog house, but I wanted to answer the original question by giving an honest account of anyone on the team who has been accused of being a rat snitch by others. Unfortuantely, Shaq and various people on the Gen Board have accused him of being one. I don't believe he is, I just think he has said things that can be easily construed as such. Doing that intentionally is one thing, but being naive is another. You can't just argue that he's socially-awkward and/or aloof on the one hand and then turn around and pretend that he -intentionally- snitched on Shaq. Awkwardness and impulsiveness is what I think was behind those incidents.
