I have no problem with a shoot first point guard.

I have problems with a shoot first point guard who isn't very good at scoring half of the games he plays.

No question. If hambone stumbles and bumbles his way into completing a trade this good I would let him hambone me bareback... :-)

Exactly. I wouldn't have a problem with a shoot first point guard, like say, Stephen Curry. :D :-?

If Orlando already declined some sort of a Redick for Jennings trade then there really is no point even talking to them. Why would they give up Harkless, their 1st, or whatever other young player?

I don't buy that Atlanta would offer Teague + a 1st, makes 0 sense for them. Offering Teague in general doesn't make that much sense. Can anybody definitively say if Dallas can offer a 1st or not?

He has been injured, but it's not like he has a chronic problem that will never go away. We're going to have to take a risk on a young player at some point.

Disagree he's "not that good" though. If you want to say he's been injured, fine.

Its not like that. It IS that.

He has missed 20+ games every year since his rookie year and IMO seems far more likely to line up Microfracture surgery than play a full season. Its too bad, he is a HELLUVA player when he is healthy. He just isn't ever healthy.

I don't care what we get for Jennings. Not having the Bucks overpay him massively is the haul of the century in itself.

Didn't see Orlando, but I'd take Harkless. I rode that bandwagon hard at draft time. Vasquez is just an asset to me in the sense that Kyle Lowry would be. There would definitely be buyers for him. In that same sense previously mentioned Lowry, Anderson or Afflalo would all be fine with me too. They are moveable pieces.

I prefer a young pieces or pick, I'd be happy with a moveable asset, I'd be content with just dumping Gooden if that was the best available deal. I have no interest in taking this drama past the deadline. None.

What about something like Brandon to Orlando, Monta and Redick to Boston and Rondo to us? I'd throw Boston Dunleavy and/or Sammy D for filers as well if needed.

I'd rather have NO's pick than Gordon, given that the Bucks would probably have to throw in their pick as well. The money is too high a risk IMO and if they'd be willing to give him up my guess is they know he won't be worth that contract.

I think NO and Milwaukee make for nice trade partners i it's true that Demps believes what Baddy needs is simply a change of scenery.

Whoever is willing to part with the best pick is probably the deal we should do. Only veteran player I'd be interested in would be Rondo and not sure that Boston would even be interested.

I think you are absolutely kidding yourself if you think we could get Gordon or that pick.

Teague is a longshot in my opinion too but if they do have interest in Jennings, you'd have to imagine it would be to start considering they have Lou Wiliams to play Jennings' role better then he ever could off the bench.

I'm more than willing to risk our cap space on Eric Gordon, of all players. Hell, if we trade Jennings and don't extend Monta, we're going to be a hell of a long ways away from the league minimum salary as is. This is the type of risk the Bucks need to take.

Harkless feels way too much like Toby to me. Why are you guys so high on him? Just because he hasn't embarrassed himself yet? The fact that he only got time when the 5 guys in front of him all got hurt/etc is a bad sign. If you can't play for a team trying to lose... well its not ideal.

If there is one player I have less faith to ever be better then Brandon Jennings it's Austin Rivers. If he came with Anderson or Vasquez I'll take a shot. I'd put as much faith in him turning his game around that Chicago did with Joe Alexander.
