Alright so after playing it for a week or so, here are my thoughts:
Generally in RttS mode, the management AI is still a bit similar compared with last years, with random trades which hardly improve's the team's future or current situations, that's a bit disappointing.
Nothing's changed too much from a development standpoint, except how pitch-guessing is slightly more complicated and base-running is weird sometimes when I want to slide but he just walks into second-base and gets tagged out (wtf?, while I do notice that the outfield seems a bit undersized and disproportionate, resulting in quicker/shorter throws.
I'm guessing the players' massive declines when they age is so that young guys can get promoted and up through the ranks sooner, as I remember last year this 23-year old stud prospect was blocked in the minors until he was like 30 because of a stacked team.
Ratings-wise, I feel that the Jays team is very fair, but it does not seem overly representative of when they actually play, as a 77 OVR Adam Lind batted .280 and had 30 homers and 100 RBI while a 80 OVR Rasmus (in 2014) batted almost the same stats as Lind

For some unknown reason, pitchers this version seem to take a massive beating, and runs scored (even in simulated games) are high, even with adjusted sliders and whatnot, I may have to download some custom-made ones.
I guess I was expecting a bit more but otherwise this game is still pretty decent and addictive.
