It seems that even with a poor shooting team it makes sense to do things in a way that is proven to be more efficient. I'd rather see our boys shooting 4-5 threes a game each than 4-5 long twos. I cannot imagine all our shooters are statistically proven to be better scorers off long twos than 3pt shots. Definitely not all of them at least.
we don't need to do the elevator screen. but we need properly-executed plays.
you have two VERY mobile and athletic players starting at the 4 and 5. you have two athletic players at the 2 and 3. movement - and lots of it - should be the key to running this offense. and in-shape Gay and Lowry are a must.

It seems more and more every day Casey is setting them up for failure.
