Fisher is a better athlete with a higher ceiling. Joeckel is NFL-ready right now to be an above-average left tackle for a decade or more. He'll make a handful of Pro Bowls and rank in the top 10 just about every year in LT evaluation metrics. Fisher might not be that good right away but he has the potential to be Joe Thomas 2.0 in a couple of years. Joeckel is darn near perfect technically, Fisher has some rough edges (arches his back on bull rushes, gets too high when engaging at second level, can be slow with his hands in tight quarters).
