For a guy that shoots so well from three, he is practically useless in every other facet of the game. It's also worth mentioning that he's only played 1400 or so fewer minutes in his career than Hendo, despite being much younger. I'd rather keep Hendo and draft McLemore or go after someone like Wayne Ellington, if you're looking for floor spacing. Golden State might be looking to give away Brandon Rush this summer.
1). Kemba and MKG do though - that is the point?

3). Don't care.
Useless? He averages pretty much the same amount of assists, rebounds and steals as Hendo does.
I have no idea how many career mins he has played Vs Hendo has to do with anything?
As for McLemore - the point of this would be drafting Noel and adding a guy like Thompson instead of McLemore to round out and balance our roster.
