By any chance is this place on Vermont Ave and James M. Wood blvd?
I've been to at least 5 different kbbq's I don't know the name to a single place. LoL

The reason I think this might be it is because I was there like a month ago. My homie was telling me this is the only kbbq joint for $10.

Korean bbq is the bizzness.
I used to load up on protein burgers from InNOut after a workout but kbbq takes it to another level.

Yeah I think that's the one. Theres another one around olympic going towards Normandie though. You have to look around.
I'm not much of a meat eater. I tend to only eat lean meats and skip on the red meat whenever i can. For example i havent ate a red meat burger in like two years.

That's living healthy.
Red meat could take up to 2-3 weeks to fully digest out of your intestinal track.
While chicken and fish is completely out in 6-8 hours!

Well that's what you got to do since your a runner.
I'm chowing down because I'm trying to get them Dwight shoulders. LoL!
Red meat is a good source of protein if you lift weights at least 3-4 times a week IMO.
If not it could just really back you up and slow you down if your not running everyday.

I'm taking a break from running due to my tendonitis so i started working on my core strength. i was reading an article that Floyd can do 1,300 pushups a day.
I want to get to 500
I am currently at 300 with sets of 50. When I was in highschool i could do sets of 100.

There's this food truck my baby mom and my son go to sometimes.
I forgot the name something "Grilled Cheese".

Obviously specializing in grilled cheese sandwiches while stuffing different kinds of meat inside them.
They brought me back a buffalo chicken grilled cheese. :droop:

@earl

Get on that pull up bar and crank them out especially if your focusing on core.
Get in the pool and do some defensive slides or some light running in place. The water will make you lower body weightless and it will Strengthen your legs without aggravating your Tendinitis.

As for Money and Pacman I heard those dudes eat like 10,000 calories a day :o
They probably workout like 6-8 hours a day minimum.
