With the 45th pick we drafted a Euro player who is averaging 2.8 ppg . Will next years draft available bigs be better than this years? If so will we have a pick to draft them with? At what point do we start developing a young big to become a starter?
that is a flame of a post, Okay
1.) We have Meyers
2.) Maybe we didn't want those players for whatever reason.
3.) We could've wanted to stash a player to as an asset for future trades than pick someone who won't make our roster.
How is it a "flame of a post"?
1) I don't like placing all of our eggs in one basket
2) We need size. We need to take a risk and the 1st rd pick cap space argument doesn't make sense to me since a late 1st is only a little more than a cap hold
3) Does Tedovic strike you as someone who will ever come over? If you don't like the players available trade it for a future 2nd
4) If we make the playoffs next season we will not have a 1st so it will be another draft where we will be unlikely to draft a big worth developing. At some point we must address the need for a long term solution for our centerMainly because it asks so many questions about a 2nd rnd picks and a obvious question of why we are not trying to develop a young starting big.
I think we aren't putting all our egs in one basket cause we will be doing things in FA.
You can't always trade for a future second.
I am not a capologist so I'll take your word for that.
MEYERS LEONARD I am sorry we did not pick who you wanted as a young center. Don't worry they didn't pick mine either (Adams)
