JR is a much better defender then Johnson and had a better year
Shumpert locked down Pierce in the playoffs and another year will improve shumpert and decrease Pierce
Lopez better offensivly but Tyson even though he struggled is a much better defensive player.
The nets have an extremely talented offense (still don't see how 5 guys who are rythm players (maybe garnett isn't that much) but 5 guys who are used to getting a majority of the shots will not go game with less then 10 shots a game.
It's different not being in the flow and then expected to just capitalize on your opportunities.
Role players have always done that so its easier to adjust. Pierce and Joe Johnson have never been #3/#4 options in there careers...could back fire.
Plus they both suck defensively.
