A team that can finish when he passes to them!
Plus a lot of other things but point being, I don't think we would all be so hard in him if his asst were higher. We forget that most of the team around him couldn't finish once he put the ball in their hands. He can work on the PnR as well as learning the art of the Ally Op but I think he can still turn his game around and be elite one day.
Knight is horrible in the P&R. He makes horrible reads which leads to horrible passes also.
Brandon Knight shoots 36% in P&R situations, with .69 points per posession.
Will Bynum is SIGNIFICANTLY better in the P&R, shootiing 50% with .87 ppp. He's actually top 30 in the NBA in this regard compared to Knight's 133 ranking. It's a shame he doesn't have a consistent jump shot. He'd probably be on the team right now.
