Wow. I thought those type of things were a myth!
Add to that myth he is considered a top 5 defender. Boom!
And much like Hayes or Tyson Chandler he's really a unique defender. First time I really had my mind blown on Luc was when I watched a Bucks game vs. the Knicks. I thought Luc was a good wing defender, maybe a little bulky for the spot but then I watched his ability defending a power face up big like Amare. He just made life hell for him. He had to work way too hard for what he was getting. He tried to overpower Luc, didn't work. Then he tried to go through him, didn't work. Then he tried to finesse him, didn't work. It's rare to find a player that can legitimately play good defense at both forward spots where he isn't overpowered at one or outquicked at the other.
That's why I'd hate to see this team move Chuck Hayes as well. You just can't find great post up defenders that can straight up guard the pick and roll too. It's usually one or the other in that scenario.
