There's zero % chance Ves get's his QO picked up. EG isn't even stupid enough to prevent max cap space next year. Why waste 5 million on Ves?
Before the signing of Maynor, I would have disagreed with you. Before the Maynor signing, it was possible for the team to have max cap room even if they accepted Vesely's 4th year (assuming a salary cap of 61M+ and assuming Ariza, Okafor, Booker, Singleton and Seraphin are let go). But now, with Maynor and our 2014 mid-teen draft pick factored, it looks like we can only have about $13M in cap room if we retain Vesely. Vesely's option will almost surely be declined.
