He once mentioned, on Le Batard's radio show, that he won't run with a story unless he has two independent sources that can confirm the information he's gathered.
Doesn't mean the 'Heat considering Beasley' story ultimately winds up having legs, but someone within the circle of trust fed Woj that info, which he then confirmed elsewhere, or he wouldn't have gone to print with it.
Okay and?? Who said anything of me liking or disliking Woj? Im not the defending him. Woj chose his words wisely, he may be right because how can you prove "considering" to be wrong?? Considering is a very lose definition, it could mean nothing or like some of you guys suggesting it means the Heat are negotiating lol. Beasley loved it here in Miami, and no one in the Heat organization dislike Beas as a person. And the reports are that the players or a player are talking about the idea of Beasley being a Heat again, not the organization. Yet Im sure Beasley has contacted Spo, and Im sure they had conversations. But the Heat organization will not make a move on Beas in his present situation. He has to prove his drug addiction is being managed. Remember when Beas was with the Heat, the organization itself put Beasley into drug rehab and it didnt work. They are not going to go out of their way again, until he proves it on his on.
