He's on the comeup.

might be fun to do a count of how often biyombo starts (due to jefferson's ankle, vet days off, etc) versus how often he gets double digit rebounds. i'd hope he'd get double digit rebounds in at least 80% of his starts. it seems like the days of him playing 30 minutes and finishing with 3 boards are behind us.

yeah, but at the same time, maybe not having a starting position by default was the best thing that could have happened to him at this juncture.

Biyombo will only get better playing behind Jefferson, let alone playing against someone of Jeffersons offensive skill set everyday in practice.

I agree with both of you but it's a shame as I would have loved to see Biyombo average 30mpg.

It would be hard to remove McRoberts from the starting lineup as important as he's been to the Bobcats halfcourt offense as a facilitator and outside shooter, but I've been kind of alluding to them possibly trying to see how well Biyombo & Jefferson could play alongside each other. The fact that Biyombo could cover some of Jefferson's defensive deficiencies as a rim protector makes it the most intriguing to me, especially now that the team is adopting a defensive identity. A Jefferson & McRoberts frontcourt doesn't exactly scream "defense"

1) biz has to play in high post.......... bad idea
2) al has to play in high post.......... removes him from his best spot on floor
3) run a different offense............ most likely outcome
