3 games is too small of a sample size to judge FG%. Young is still a much better player than Henry.

Another problem is that Hill is also injury prone thus why Hill is not getting anymore minutes because we can't risk that.

I think the FO will give this team until the beginning of February to see where we're heading this year. If after Kobe returns we climb into the playoffs, then we probably won't tank. But if we stink even with Kobe, I can see us dumping Gasol to a contender for a bunch of expiring contracts, just to ensure the tank.
