Knicks Receive: Rudy Gobert and 2014 2nd Round Pick
Jazz Trade: Rudy Gobert and 2014 2nd Round Pick
Jazz Receive: Iman Shumpert
-Knicks get to develop a young, energy-big, who has looked fluid in his movement and has played pretty good in the little time he's seen the court. AND get to add an additional asset with what looks to be an early 2nd Rounder.
-Jazz puts Shumpert at the 2 in between a very talented young core of players in Burke/Hayward/Kanter/Favors.

Well for one were getting a second round draft pick in a deep 2014 draft & Gobert has a high upside give him a good 2 or 3 years or so and i think he'll be a very intimidating player especially if he puts on some more weight and bulk a little more, 7'2 long arms i think he'll turn out to be a solid player in the future. I mean he's only 21 and a rookie right now so he might not be blowing people away but he's shown flashes here and there. He may be a project but he's one i'd be willing to take on.. you cant teach size.Nyk4lyfe wrote:Nyk_Fatboy wrote:swisscheeseD wrote:Knicks Trade: Iman Shumpert

2nd round draft picks are usually insignificant to the Knicks cause they can usually buy one off a team

Knicks- Clippers 2014 1st, Wizards 2014 1st, Otto Porter and Ryan Hollins
Wizards- Blake Griffin and Iman Shumpert
Clippers- Carmelo Anthony and Brad Beal
