You are not alone..... :D
J.R. Smith's last-second whiff left the Knicks with a sixth straight loss. But J.R. would do it again. "I think we went with the best shot," he said.

-Jazz puts Shumpert at the 2 in between a very talented young core of players in Burke/Hayward/Kanter/Favors.

Deal.

just a month ago, Shump was untradeable even for Rondo and now we're giving him up for a 12th man... is this what it has come to :(

On a serious note, with the way you guys are valuing Shump right now, it might just be best to hold him and hope he improves rather than selling very low.

That's one thing I've noticed about this thread... they NEVER sell high (claim Player X is "untradeable") but when Player X is struggling, they wanna sell low... basically for peanuts

Are we still giving the tours, or is the bus shut down for repairs?

That bus sure is getting a lot of mileage nowadays....

Well for one were getting a second round draft pick in a deep 2014 draft & Gobert has a high upside give him a good 2 or 3 years or so and i think he'll be a very intimidating player especially if he puts on some more weight and bulk a little more, 7'2 long arms i think he'll turn out to be a solid player in the future. I mean he's only 21 and a rookie right now so he might not be blowing people away but he's shown flashes here and there. He may be a project but he's one i'd be willing to take on.. you cant teach size.

Did i mention were getting a draft pick?

2nd round draft picks are usually insignificant to the Knicks cause they can usually buy one off a team

I may be wrong here and feel free to correct me but didnt the Knicks fail to acquire a second round pick in the 2013 draft? if i recall they attempted to get one.

but i mean hey Shumps showed me nothing thus far this season, zero improvement in ball handling or finishing ability.. 3 point shooting is worse the only slight improvement iv'e seen is his pull up mid range game and thats not even polished. Very disappointed in Shump so far so yeah im willing to take on Rudy Gobert & that second round pick at this point and you say "we can just buy a pick" then hell well have 2 picks. Im thirsty for picks in this draft it's loaded with potential. Drafts like these dont come around to often & with our Lack of draft picks in the future id like to take advantage of this draft

How about
JR Brick & Prigioni for Deion Waiters & Earl Clark? After Jan 15th.
Waiters allegedly punched Kyrie and Cleveland surely doesn't want to get Lebron'd again so they'll probably do it to keep Kyrie happy.
How we sell it to Cleveland: Kyrie's dribble penetration with JR camping at the 3 could possibly work.
Why for NY: Waiters may be high volume just like JR, but Waiters looks to attack the basket first.
Both players are currently having down years & the change of scenery wouldn't hurt.

Deep down I know Pringles still hate Jordan Hill. Let's find a 3 way trade to get them a stretch 4 while Hill comes back.

i don't think any of those teams say no. the celtics have the clippers 2015 though, so I'm not sure if it's possible for them to trade their first in 2014.

Neither of those picks are eligible. Wizards picks goes to the suns and Clips traded their 2015. Also, Knicks aren't really getting any value back. Maybe if you throw in Beal.

Why would Orlando ever do this? Turk is expiring. Nelson only has a small guarantee. And Afflalo is playing really well. NY can't add picks.

So Orlando would take on a bunch of salary while getting same or worse talent?
