how exactly are you getting Kyrie. You have no assets and he's not turning down max money for a qo.

not unless you're his agent you've got no way of knowing that. penciling both embiid and irving or rondo is quite the stretch though.

The chances of these two guys figuring out a way to do this is about as likely as everyone in this thread winning lotto.

What a steal for Boston: A bloated contract next year, a pick in 5 seasons and two meh prospects. Hey guys, probably not going to get one let alone two star level players for these types of packages.

Did u call josh smith a star lolz .... A star with the worst contract in the league and no1 wants !!! Yes I guess he is a star

Wrotten is a nice pickup he can break down the defense, get out in transition and attack the basket

Wrotten
Pablo

Melo
Tyson

Felton
Hardaway
Metta
Amare
Kmart

We can get more for shump

Did u look at the Trade??? Clevland is getting two 1st rounders from pheonix... And all clevland is paying for is 1 year extra 3 mill for felton if you minus the salaries. You dont think tyson and shump ( who the suns want) can help them. Tyson and Shump play better in a faster paced offense and thats what the suns play. Uptempo!!!

Still won't get u Kyrie or Kyrie and varejao?

It's not a good trade....phx is giving ALL the value to Cleveland

Go post it in the trade thread or on the Cleveland or phx board and see what EVERYONE, including other Knicks fans will say

(And by the way I'm a HUGE fan of the Knicks)

Remember in the past Phx has never cared about picks..... And it doesnt matter what fans think its what the organization feels at the time... phx is having a great unexpecting season they may want to go all in...

(Phx said they wana trade their picks for a STAR, not a glass center and a 3 and d guy who are both having bad years)

Done talking about this...a trade between phx and ny makes sense actually. Don't know what phx would give for Tyson and/or shump but I could see something there

Cleveland isn't trading Kyrie though. Even if there are rumors he's upset. And if they do there will be a ton of teams offering better packages

I think GSW will be desperate for a trade... they're 7th in the West (would be 3rd in the East )

That's better than what Melo was traded for last time. Pretty sure his trade value isn't increasing.

Not really, Harrison Barnes isn't near as good as Gallo or Chandler was, plus he regressing from last year. Iguodala is just a bad contract unless we have a star player like Melo or Curry. Klay is good, but redundant since we have Shump and THJR. If we did this trade I would at least want one pick back from GS and I would try to ship Barnes or Iguodala for picks.

Stein is reporting that the Clippers are interested in moving Jared Dudley.

We take this opportunity to move Fatty Felton & revisit the old Shump/Dudley rumor.

Felton/Shump for Dudley/Bullock works in the trade checker.

The move does a couple of things.......

- it jettison's Felton so that Woodson can never play him again
- it opens up some time for Pablo to start and maybe allows Murry to play b-u point
- allows Dudley to slot in at SF and space the floor as a shoot for Melo (Dudley isn't great but he might help our b-ball IQ and improve our 3-point shooting. Underrated defender as well.
- we get Bullock and slot him in as back-up SF and potential starting SF down the road

Phx is offering oak and the last pick in the draft

And as I said I think a straight up between phx and ny COULD be good

They could use Tyson and shump (even with their down years) I wonder what they would give y'all for them

Cleveland is not gonna trade Kyrie

Edit-I feel guilty calling okafor oak. It's a slap inthe face to one of my all time favorites oakley

This one works for PHX NY.....

Chandler/Shump for Okafor/Plumlee/Goodwin/2014 #1 pick

At this point I'd take my chances with young/big/athletic Plumlee and the pick -- also think Goodwin may have more upside than Shump down the road.

Trade gives PHX (2) legit defenders/pieces that would fit around Gragic/Bledsoe both this year and next few years.

Gives NY some new blood and ships Capri pants & Texas Triangle out of town.

lakers are asking so much less for gasol, why would phx choose this over that.

Gasol isn't a defender and if you want to keep him past this spring you need to pay him big $$$ for next 3-4 years.

Chandler/Shump are legit defenders and would be under PHX control thru at least next year.

Maybe PHX doesn't want that but I would think many teams would value what Chandler can bring over what Gasol brings at this point in his career --- which is strictly offense. Plus Shump thrown in here as well.

Because they would benefit from some plus defenders and leadership tyson provides... I wish people would stop trying to pretend Gasol is better then Tyson... Gasol plays in Dtoni system where the offense runs though him , where was he last couple yrs wen Tyson was all NBA defense, defensive player of the year, All star... Not to mention Gasol wud be a FA at the end of season and is 34-35 already

A. Boston is trying to dump Jeff Green's contract
B. Detroit is trying to dump Josh Smith
C. A bloated expiring contract that gives them loads of cap space in 2015.
D. I didn't see Ainge worry about picks in 2018 from the Nets.

E. That doesn't mean it's a good trade

F. uck if I've only seen good trades in the NBA

Knicks get: Josh Smith, Wilson Chandler, McGee, Andre Miller, Patty Mills, Jeffery Ayres

Miller/Mills
Hardaway/Prigs
Chandler/JR
Melo/Ayres
