sure his rehab process has been hard, but this was his choice. He could have retired and just be chilling on the beach or playing rec league soccer. None of what he's enduring right now is necessarily forced upon him. I still contend that he's had it pretty good, having had a fulfilling pro career and made way more than enough money to retire comfortably when he decides to do so. He's accomplished virtually everything a pro athlete could dream of, is a hero for countless fans. Can't feel too bad about that when it's all said and done.

wait, you were accusing him of doing pretty much nothing and now you are suggesting he should be doing that.

i you ever played basketball, truly loved it, you can understand what this clip is talking about. the point is, it is tough(thats an understatement) to accept the fact that you can no longer participate at that level and enjoy the game you love. to let go so important part of your life. its not about the limelight, the show. its about the game.

Thank you, totally agree. Facing your mortality as a player is one of the hardest things to accept.

Mopey introspective Nash is tough to watch. Boo-Fn-Hoo. Granted, his book, if its a tell all, could be interesting...but sharing private info can have its blowbacks.

I would hope he includes the story of that night with Dirk when they were clearly baked and 3 sheeting it. One of many likely.

But this pity party video ... sheesh... it is interesting to get a glimpse of rehab/training (was that Baron Davis ?) ..... but this seems like its more therapy for him than entertainment for us.
I watched it, so I guess its Nash guy 1 , Frank 0

I thought they were saying even when he retires, he is not going to do the book?

Greg Oden will be out of the league before Nash will.

He'll be back for one last run.

dat production quality tho...I think I'm now a Lakers fan. Haha, sike. But for real, I hope Nash makes a full recovery and is able to carry the Lakers in his final season with them. Carry them to the 7th worst record in the league, that is.
