I think building a team of above average 1 through 9 rotation players is what I would do at this point, then hopefully be good long enough to attract or trade for a superstar.
Kemba, MKG, McBob, Jefferson, Biz, Zeller all good pieces. Taylor, CDR could fit into that, but unlikely. Henderson, is at his max potential and wouldn't play well off the bench but maybe he can if his ego isn't bruised. He'd be a solid backup I suppose but he really doesn't fit. Luke, Neal, Tolliver, Haywood, Pargo are end of bench guys and shouldn't get minutes in a game unless of several injuries.
As for Biz, I've said it before but we just need to wait out his rookie contract, develop him on the down low, give him a long term cheap deal (4 years, 10 million for example) and unleash him when Jefferson is done. I think by the time Biz is 25 he'll have put it together offensively after a few more seasons behind Jefferson and Ewing. Kid is not stupid and a hard worker and an athletic freak, and has the insticts defensively and rebounding wise.
