Indiana needs a play maker. Expiring contract for Hibbert. (If they are ready to give up on him)
We hope to revive Hibbert's game.
Who says no.

Gm's don't have the memory of a fish although some fans do lol...we can't disregard what Hibbert has done the past few years and all this year until recently. Obviously something is up, we don't know what that is, just rumors and speculation.
However, look at him tonight...he may be getting out of this funk. The dude is a legit center with post skills, mid range shooting and top notch defense. If he was here working with Kareem...he'd be the best center in the league hands down. He'd be just as good as Bynum before he was traded for that s.o.b...maybe even better because he'd be injury free.
Larry Bird isn't stupid, therefore a dude like Hibbert would cost us the lotto pick and likely have to be a 3 team deal since they wouldn't be interested in a player fresh out of college imo.

why would we try to sign and trade monroe when we can just outright sign him without trading anything? doesnt make sense.

Haha! You're right. I was carried away on how bad he is playing lately (He is playing great tonight). How about is we throw our first pick (6th to 7th). Will that be fair for Indiana? Should we offer that trade.
