I think the Spurs would have no problem taking LeBron on their team.
The Spurs would be less successful with Lebron at SF instead of Kawhi Leonard. Their ball movement would give way to isolation ball. Their other contributors would ball watch while Lebron went into hero mode. They wouldn't be as good. Parker wouldn't get them off and running. He would turn into Norris Cole looking for a role.
OTOH a team that is not already elite, such as the Wizards, would improve a lot with Lebron instead of Ariza.

Because LeBron is all about ISO ball??? LOL oh wow. This idea that high IQ players wouldn't or couldn't adapt to a different situation is just plain ridiculous. Taking nothing away from Kawhi, but imagine, just imagine if LeBron is surrounded by guys like Duncan, Parker, Ginobili, etc... Can't we just say San Antonio had more talent and not make this a referendum on anything else?
I think too much talent can actually be a problem. Lebron is an alpha male and somewhat of a diva. Tony Parker makes $12M. He is the highest paid Spur. The Spurs would not remain competetively balanced for long with Lebron.
No team with Lebron is going to have a "We don't care who scores" attitude.
