Yeah, it's getting a little ridiculous (sp?) with so many discussions about the same topic. We're truly in the off-season hehe.

The commissioner’s decision is treated as a “final arbitration decision” under the league constitution

I've come to the conclusion that most folks don't really care that you broke one of the rules... they just enjoy telling you that you broke it.

As blatant and exposed as in this case? Rarely.
With this kind of media exposure it's a new level of in your face corruption.

We're quite happy with our team.
This has nothing to do with Cleveland.

Lol please, you've been posting Lebron topics for what seems like months now on whether he will go back to Cle, stay in Mia or whatever and the agenda changes everytime depending on what you think he's going to do, its sad.

I'm a NBA fan, that's the #1 topic right now, naturally I'll partake in the conversation.
The title isn't my working nor is the original post, it's pasted from realgm wiretap from this morning (no longer showing in recent but the link still works in the first post)

The only people claiming collusion and CBA violations are bitter Cleveland fans and heat haters on the GB. There hasn't been one valid media source breathe a single word about possible violations by the heat, yet there have been 5+ threads on it over the past 72 hours and it's the same few posters crying foul each time.

I don't care terribly much about this issue since everybody cheats (seriously, everybody cheats) but you should realize that circumstantial evidence is, in fact, "actual" evidence. The fact that Haslem and wade opted out of contracts more lucrative than what they could command in the open market is pretty good evidence of an improper agreement and is pretty damning. Evidence of actions taken against the actor's interest is about the best evidence you can have. If you think that "evidence" means somebody has to admit it, or there has to be a secret videotape, or whatever, then you are badly mistaken.Dr Aki wrote:circumstantial evidence is just that, circumstantial evidence

But, if I ever get in trouble, trust me, I want you on my jury. As long as nobody saw me do it, I guess I'm walking.
