Don't think he meant 35 to 47 wins. He meant a 35w - 47L record with a possibility it's as low as 32 wins and as high as 38 wins.

There's no way to know for certain if that will cause a rise in Boozer's productivity, but it seems fairly reasonable since his main strength is playing the PNR.
