This is what made Stew tradable but uncuttable. HUGE mistake.

Don't see how that makes him tradeable. More dead money means more of a hit when cut or traded.

Regardless, we had virtually no space at the time so I guess he figured he'd restructure the younger back in hopes he'd get healthy.

Base salary moves on in a trade. A number of bonuses were converted to base salary so they could be moved. But because they made all of the salary guaranteed it costs more in the long run.

That's backwards. Check your link again, the base salary was lowered and converted to bonus.

Bonuses - unless they're a future roster bonus or the like - are paid at signing, so they can't just convert that to base since it's already been paid.

But they also made all future base salaries set. They added in the clause that set his salaries in order to get him to work with them. This makes those tradable but also uncuttable. The big thing at the time was all the talk of him coming back to showcase which never happened.

Let's be honest the problem is Richardson. He kept Hurney to long then compounded it by hiring a guy nobody wanted instead of the more highly regarded younger guy.

If I purchase a TV for $120K then my wife would kill me and I would not be able to post again. It was a joke.

I just bought a 4k TV. The 55" from LG.

For anyone wondering, is it worth it, or if you want your expectations dashed, read below

Spoiler:
ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT.

Not many things broadcast in 4k right now, only select Netflix and Youtube videos. But the quality is insane. Its like looking out a glass window onto the set of House of Cards or whatever. It also upscales HD content really well. And it perfectly displays high resolution pictures to incredible quality. Its seriously freaky. The possibilities...you can do...with a 4K tv.......

I have a tube tv that weighs about as much as my ex mother in law. Solid, sturdy thing.

The other day, I had to move an old 32" tube that my parents have had since they got married (way over 25 years ago, so the TV's from like the 80s) down the stairs, out the door, down the driveway. F*** THAT THING. They are heavy and all that weight is distributed in literally the most tough-to-carry way possible. I hate tube TVs now.
