Looking back, the ideal think would have been to trade Monroe last year. He would have been able to land us a legit SF, let Smith go to PF, and we wouldn't have to watch Monroe leave for nothing. Alas, that didn't happen and our best trade asset is gone.
First option - Draft next summer.
We need to see how this plays out. If we make the playoffs, then we will not have a good enough pick to get a quality SF. But if we're sucking, a lotto pick might help the situation.
Second option - Trade the rights to our draft pick next summer.
This sort of blows. We can't trade our pick since we traded it last year

Third option - Trade someone now.
Any takers for Jennings or Smith? I didn't think so. Drummond is untouchable. Maybe KCP could fetch us something, although he seems like a good piece of our future.
Fourth option - wait for free agency.
As much as I'd like to fix it now, we might have to suffer a bit this year, let a few guys roll off our cap, and overpay to get someone (besides Caron Butler).
Anyone got some ideas? I just don't see us fixing this anytime soon.
