What bothers me here is this -- there is no one set of posters who own a board. Sure, you can post in the team-specific board of your choice but it's not like you have any special powers that visiting posters don't have. You can't treat them disrespectfully, have them engage, then not get an equal punishment if the mods deem it appropriate.

Choosing mods based on foaming at the mouth loyalty to a team seems to be the MO on many boards.
Seems to be a poor policy. But when you're getting free help and profiting in the millions.....the owners can't complain.

Word to the wise Mass, get retroactive legal papers signed stating that mods agree they are benefiting professionally by being a "volunteer" here. Saying this from experience with forums much larger than this one.
