Let's hope Alan Houston has his agent's number on speed dial. What better way to get a look at him as a potential top pick than up front and personal 30 minutes away from MSG in Westchester.
If that happens can we cut someone and bring him up like baseball or does he Have to participate in the draft?
He would not be NBA eligible because of his age and the when he graduated. D-League age limit is 18 which is why he should be able to sign up with a D-League team (don't believe the D-League has the 1 year removed from HS restriction). NBA age limit is 19 and 1 year after his HS graduating class. Mudiay is 18 and his HS class just graduated. He would have to wait until at least 19 or after the following years HS class graduates to be eligible for the NBA, whichever is later.
