1. Bradley Beal- All things considered, I thought he outplayed James Harden. It took Beal 17 shots to get his 33 while it took Harden 23 shots. Yes Harden had 1 more assist and 1 more rebound, a few less turnovers, but Beal spread the defense and let Wall fill up the assist for the team.
2. Paul Pierce- 21 points on 9 shots and 3 steals. Looks like Pierce wanted to prove a point to Trevor Ariza.
3. Nene- 12 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals. He pretty much shut down Josh Smith and probably could have drawn a couple of offensive charges had he not faced the flop master in James Harden
4. John Wall- 12 assists and 4 steals were nice and he was clutch with his free throws down the stretch.
5. Gortat- he eventually was able to slow down Dwight Howard in the 2nd half and anchored the defense while he was in the game.
