I'd say they've been conditioned into looking for their own offense in favor of setting screens, moving off the ball, and moving the ball for better shots. The team culture is not team-centric. They don't play for each other, only for themselves.
And it's pretty much a perimeter-only setup. Offensively, 90% initiates from the perimeter. Defensively, if the guards don't put in the effort to fight through screens or keep up with their man, then the bigs get left on an island and bear the brunt of the blame.
It's pretty clear that it's a systemic issue. Get rid of the head.
The talent is mediocre, getting rid of Casey won't do anything
