I'd say they've been conditioned into looking for their own offense in favor of setting screens, moving off the ball, and moving the ball for better shots. The team culture is not team-centric. They don't play for each other, only for themselves.

And it's pretty much a perimeter-only setup. Offensively, 90% initiates from the perimeter. Defensively, if the guards don't put in the effort to fight through screens or keep up with their man, then the bigs get left on an island and bear the brunt of the blame.

It's pretty clear that it's a systemic issue. Get rid of the head.

The talent is mediocre, getting rid of Casey won't do anything

Glad to see now that Derozans back we've regained our mojo...

Think it was pretty obvious the last couple of games that derozan had nothing to do with our **** stretch and has a minimal impact on our success... Our entire team was on fire until the last 10 games. And now everyone looks off.. Pretty simple really... Whatever though, people can keep thinking what they want.

I disagree. I've seen the things this team can do at times. And it's not a talent thing, it's an approach/mentality/structure thing.

I'll never waver from that opinion.
