Interesting, cause I was just thinking the only guy you guys would give up Knight for would be Exum. But it's a risk for both parties, Jazz give up limitless potential for a closer to finished product. While the Bucks would be giving up arguably their best player for an unknown.
The Jazz are in a weird predicament right now where all we're really missing is a really good PG. Gobert, Favors, and Hayward are ready for primetime, but it might take until they are all in their mid to late 20s when and if Exum pans out. Knight would be an absolutely perfect fit for the Jazz right now who expect their PGs to be good shooters.
As for the Bucks, Greek Freek, Jabari, and Exum would be league-pass material, and maybe contenders in the next 3-5 years. A 6'6 PG with a 6'11 SG would be nuts.
