Assuming Harris will resign (verbally commits)... Yes.
Well since he is a RFA then who cares about a verbal commit, i'd do this deal easy

They don’t want to lose him for nothing also.
Personally, I think Harris is worth a gamble… offer Morris twins and Thomas…. See if Magic accepts.
They have Aaron Gordon waiting on the wings as their SF and having Thomas off the bench can help them get some wins whilst having a young team.
Why gut our team, for a guy we might have to do the Bledsoe wait and see summer with again? F*ck it, let's trade Goran, Bledsoe, and IT for him. People keep selling our guys short, and forgetting that McD doesn't do stupid trades.
Because Tobias Harris could be the next Harden. 17/8 is great numbers for a 22 year old.
He really could be the next star.
Now if we were getting back an equal amount, I could see McD thinking about it, but three rotational guys on very good contracts?

Has any successful team ever ran a lineup of two tweeners at the SF and PF spot? Who knows it might be effective.

I'd rather trade IT, Plumlee, and a pick for Harris, and O'Quinn.

Oh, no doubt. But would the Magic accept that deal? Probably not.

Take a look at his performances in the last 8 games against Western Conference playoff teams ahead of the Suns:
1/9 vs. San Antonio- 17 points
1/11 vs. Memphis- 9 points
1/21 vs. Portland- 16 points
1/23 vs. Houston- 2 points (Benched after 18 minutes)
1/25 vs. LAC- 10 points
1/31 vs. Golden State- 10 points
2/2 vs. Memphis- 15 points
2/5 vs. Portland- 9 points
Dragic is averaging 11 ppg over that stretch. Five games with 10 points or less. Suns went 1-7 in those eight games with the only win coming against Portland on 1/21 where they blew a 25 point lead and barely came back to win. This is supposed to be the guy that was 3rd team All NBA last year and should have been on the all star team. I know there is an emotional attachment to Dragic but he has not played anywhere near the level he did last year. Thomas or no Thomas. This is on Dragic at this point. He looks a step slow, especially in transition, and his defense is non-existent as well. He had 19 games last year where he scored 25 or more points including 9 games where he scored 30 or more. This year he only has 4 games of 25 or more points and 1 game of 30 or more points. That is really not good at all.
Btw, I would still trade IT too. I think the Suns should trade both him and Dragic. I believe two things are probably going to happen. Dragic will leave the Suns in free agency and OKC will move ahead of the Suns this season whether they deserve to or not. The league will not let last year's MVP miss the playoffs and just watch as the Thunder start winning more and more games.
So if the Suns are not making the playoffs, might as well cash out now and trade some guys to free up playing time for Goodwin, Warren, and Ennis. What do the Suns have to lose? 1-7 in your last eight games against Western Conference playoff teams is all you need to know.
