I'd do Mayo for Gibson for sure, doubt Bulls would. You're adding one year of nearly identical salary for a far better player. Gibson's last year contract under the new CBA will be a crazy value.

Most reports I've seen say Gibson isn't on the block. If he is, I think they'd get pretty good offers for him.

Not sure. The way I read it was that they would only dump them, because of the Luxury Tax. Meaning they can't take any players back. I doubt anyone gives a 1st for that package.

I'd easily give up that Clippers first for Jackson and Lamb in order to get OKC under the luxury tax. We have the cap room to absorb those two guys and it would be worth the audition IMO. I just don't know who OKC gets for bench play unless they are tossing in the towel on this season.

Bulls would want a ton for Gibson, more than I am willing to offer. I'm talking a 1st round pick or a guy Middleton, screw that.

Reggie Jackson suckssssssssssss btw, I would be so pissed if we traded for him. We don't need a poor man's Knight when we already have him.

Absolutely not. The interior defense would be a joke with Jabari and Kanter.

I like Lamb... I especially think he's a good fit for us since his length seems ideal for our defense.

I wouldn't trade our first for him though. He's up for a new deal and I have no clue how much money he's going to get offered.

Is Lawson worth a couple of 1st round picks? I think he would make this team better than a couple of late round picks.

Why? Our guards would be murdering each other for playing time and shot attempts.

Jeremy Lamb has had 3 years to show something and hasn't. Why does his name keep coming up?

John Henson, Jerryd Bayless, OJ Mayo, Jared Dudley, etc didn't show much until they got with the Bucks and Kidd's system.

I think Jackson and Lamb both have enough talent that I'd take a flyer on one of them being very productive here. And if it doesn't work out, I don't think you are out a ton. Again, that Clips pick has so much protection on it, the absolute best it ever becomes is #15 overall in 2017 or it turns into two second rounders in 2020 and 2021.

Man we need to trade for Lawson! Knight, Draft picks, etc. Hell see if we can get either D. Arthur or Hickson too!

Then do the Ersan/JOB trade to Sac. for Nik and JT

I really fell like with Lawson, Middleton, Giannis, Henson, Zaza would be solid. Then next year have Parker back. A Bucks fan can dream.

I doubt OKC would move Jackson + Lamb for the Clipper's 1st and I wouldn't give them anything else. OKC is chasing a playoff spot right now and would be better off keeping Jackson and letting him walk. Lamb for all intents and purposes looks like a bust, he's done nothing in this league.

I still do not understand the love for Lawson, especially with the ankles.

Also think Gibson would be a great get, and the Bulls would love to get Mirotic and McDermott on the floor more, so a Mayo for Gibson deal actually makes quite a bit of sense.

What do we think of Mitch McGary?

Not sure what it'd take to get him or how we'd value him. Either way I have much more interest in acquiring a big men compared to more shot-happy guards.

Then try to pull of that Ersan for Stauskas/Jason Thompson pipe dream and call it day.

Would be a great haul then of Stauskas, JT and Taj, all tied into reasonable contracts for the next couple years.

both Mayo and Dudley were good players for other teams. Bayless is Bayless. Henson has shown as much as Lamb.

Lawson is a great true PG and would fit perfectly on this team, he's locked up for a couple more years on bargain contract too. The question is more why would Denver want to move him and whether or not we'd want to to pay the price to get him.

I really think most of you guys overrate our scraps, teams aren't going to to give us productive starters on favorable deals for OJ Mayo!

Based on the trade board, he is almost unobtainable at the moment...He's the man crush of the OKC fans right now.

We loved him on draft day.

Bucks were McGary's 1st workout.

Our chance to acquire him is long gone.

I live in IL and just two weeks ago told a few of my friends who are Bulls fans that they need to trade Taj.

I like Taj as a player and feel his defense and toughness would be welcomed in a Kidd system. I think his offensive game would immediately be the best of all our post players.

I said the Bulls should trade him because he's redundant on their current roster and with Mirotic, they don't have as big of a need for him off the bench anymore. And their 4-5 starting spots are studs. They need more bench punch at the guard position.

PP is right, throw out a Mayo package and see if they bite.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.
