If you found yourself in possession of Stauskas and Randle, who would you look to flip them for?

What does this mean?

Don't tease me!!

This, I fear, is more thought-experiment than not. We've turned down numerous SAC offers, and LAL's price for Randle is high -- though, tellingly, for this Bucks team, I don't think it is.

But, still, if you could make it happen, who are you flipping Stauskas and Randle for?

Anything with the potential to include Knight has me highly intrigued..I wonder what he could get us.

Would be crazy if they made multiple moves or traded any youth at this point...but I wouldn't be mad if Lawson ends up here...anything else, I'll just wait and see when the times up. Miss buckpak this year..

Knight/Henson/Clips 1st

For Lawson and Faried. To much? I think so.

I have no problem with Cole if he's coming cheap. I choose to remember his Cleveland St. days rather than the south beach flush.

I wouldn't touch Faried. He's just not that good.

I think we are a PG and C away from making serious noise. The first thought that comes to mind is Stauskas/Randle to Den for Lawson. I don't like any of the 100% realistic options at center right now. I think Lawson could be had for that package.

Randle makes no sense so I guess we'd get a PG and trade Knight?

i really have a hard time seeing them making a major move or multiple trades given we're 7 games over right now

why would they change things?

It would take fewer assets to acquire Lawson directly from DEN than to go the round about way.

Theoretical:

Who would you guys flip Parker and our1st for if a premier player was available?

Making a move for the future rather than the present would be tremendous imo. The playoffs are a lock at this point, and seeding doesn't make a ton of difference. Watching Giannis and other young players take their lumps in the playoffs for me would be better than the extra win or 2 the solid trade value vets would net us. Furthermore, if we won a series on the backs of Giannis and other young-ins, it would mean a hell of a lot more.

I was thinking the same thing reading GiannisParker's post re: moving Mayo, Henson & ?

Unless Kidd, Hammond and others think they know which pieces they can move without altering the current trajectory of wins coming.

Randle has a For Sale sign hanging around his neck. We are one of the not-so-few teams who can meet the price. But can != should. I would only be behind meeting it -- and doing the Stauskas trade -- if they could be flipped on.

I will be a very happy man if we can capitalize on Knight while he's an asset. If Knight isn't a Buck by Friday I'll be doing cartwheels.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

Let's be honest, it would take a complete implosion for us to move out of where we are now. We could probably trade guys like Henson and Mayo for literally nothing and not have much fear of moving down.

As long as it is truly a young premier player.

I would personally drive Parker and our 1st to either OKC or NO for Durant or Davis.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
