I really feel that this trade deadline will be straight from one of Bill S's finest:

"Much Ado About Nothing"

Not that this bothers me. I love rampant speculation, even if nothing happens!

Charlotte seems really quiet right now. Where does Noah Vonleh fit into their future plans?

Is Hammond on the phone, or is the phone on Hammond?

Charles Gardner was on WTMJ tonight with Greg and Jeff. The good news is that the Bucks are now relevant so Greg and Jeff do a segment on them. The expected news was Gardner offered nothing at all in ten minutes. This is why we shouldn't wish for Woelfel to go away. Gery entertains.

The only comment Gardner made of note is that the team is down four guys to season ending events, which could lend credence to a trade to bring in a contributor simply because they are short on bodies.

I don't get the Randle fit. How do we play defense with Randle, Jabari, and Giannis as our bigs? Randle or Jabari are going to be mismatched with somebody. It would be a nice asset to have but the fit is less than ideal.

Herb and Hammond are gone. We've got Wall Street high rollers and Jason Kidd in the action now. I think that bodes well for something.

We going to absorb Norris Cole and call it a night.

I guess this was why Cinematographer suggested this would lead to another trade.

Money doesn't work out well but here is another laughable attempt for a trade by me.

Milwaukee In: Randle and Green
Phoenix In: Ersan and Boozer
Lakers In: Knight and Dragic

Maybe a few picks here and there.

Another Tottenham fan....nice!

I'd be all for acquiring young assets, but I really don't expect us to make moves that hurt us this year and give us zero help other than in the future. Even with new ownership, that seems unlikely given our record. Randle and Stauskas are zero help now, but perhaps we do go ahead and flip them right away again before the deadline. I really am not expecting much for moves other than Ersan being gone.

That is a dumpster fire for the Suns.

Yeah, it's a good thing you put "laughable" in there. The Phoenix FO would cease to exist.

Hopefully it would be the LAC 1st and not our 1st for Gibson. I don't think I'd make that trade for Taj given his age.

Randle is available. We can meet LAL's asking price. There are multiple teams who can as well.I think Randle to MKE is just an academic exercise, and I wouldn't entertain the idea unless Randle would be flipped for the real return.

I'm pretty sure I saw a report that chicago wouldn't trade Gibson without getting another big back.

Why would we have to be the middl man? Why wouldn't the end team just trade with the Lakers instead of having him pass through us?
