This whole board is nuts as of late. WTF happened?

I don't know how you missed it but best player from last season and All NBA player Goran Dragic demanded trade.

I think now that Houston isn't one of the teams in the running for Goran, we should offer them IT for Jones or the Pelicans pick.

Think the suns have to trade IT as well. Can't believe his relationship with the suns will improve after the last few days and the countless rumors

Goran's saying he's leaving even if IT is off the team, so maybe this is bigger than IT.

Maybe he really wants to run his own show(as in be the only PG), like Coro, Amick and Woj are saying.

Maybe he hates the Morris twins too.

For those of you who only read stats and hardly ever actually watch the games, here's a post I got from another team forum in which their fans were talking about maybe getting IT:

For those of you who only read stats and hardly ever actually watch the games, here's a post I got from another team forum in which their fans were talking about maybe getting IT:

People who post IT's stats over and over seem to be missing the fact that NBA teams don't want him. I'm all for stats and efficiency and skills, all of which IT has in spades. Yet no one wants him that much. Why?

He was uber-efficient in Sacramento, but never got off the bench despite playing behind Vazquez, who was and isn't good.

He was let go in RFA by the Kings for nothing. Not even a feeble attempt to retain him.

He signed for just slightly more than PGs such as perennial backup Collison and nearly out of the league Livingston. Basically he got Jodie Meeks money.

Phoenix signed him simply because they thought he was good value. Not because he'd help them win or make them better, but because he's good value.

Phoenix has not shown overall team record improvement. Actually got worse given that Bledsoe's fully healthy this year.

He's now being traded not because his value is high, but because another player is pissed off.

Finally, teams aren't lining up to ask for his services despite having a relatively small contract.

I think at some point, people need to look past his stats. I don't know why he's being thought so little of. His efficiency's great. He can score in volume. His defense isn't "that bad." Yet teams aren't really interested in him. Clearly there's more behind the scenes.

some will scapegoat him but most rational people won't.

I hope IT comes out balling after the break.

If IT accepted his role on the team, (my guess is he was brought in as an extended Ish Smith/injury insurance), everything wouldve be like last year.

However Thomas has complained to the media repeatedly about his role, and how he wants to start, ruining chemistry in the process.

Now looks like Thomas finally gets what he's wanted all along, at the expense of Dragic leaving

Obviously dragic>>IT.

But dragic clocked out on this team and this trade that will suppoively happen benefits the suns in the long run.

Dragic was going to get Paid and if it was by phx they might of been stuck in limbo for years. Now they can spend big money at the wing or big... Blessing in disguise but maybe bad news rest of the season.

Which is fine you have to be a homer to not see Okc catching phx even with a dragon in rotation

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

This has much more to do with Bledsoe re-signing that with Thomas, Dragic wants to be the man, like Curry.
I doubt any team that give that role to him can go much further than 1st round and out, so...

Phoenix should just trade him, and his brother for whatever you can get, and roll with Bledseo.

but Bledsoe and his agent danced around the off season and wouldn't even speak to anyone in the front office up until final days and the season before Dragic wasn't doing much to improve the team. It was a mixture of Morris, Green and Plumlee stepping up so let's not pretend it Dragic was the sole saviour. but Of course he contributed majorly. :D Bledsoe did too in half the season he was healthy. Not too mention Frye creating space. There is no hero in this story it's just basketball as usual. We'll be alright. If I recall correctly McD was planning to restructure the entire team when he got the job the only player that was yet to be moved was Dragic.

Roll with Bledsoe, Archie, and Ennis--not to mention Green. I would start Archie and Bled together and bring IT off the bench. The options are still numerous.

If I had to blame anyone for "ruining" the Suns it would be Hornacek. Not only for just being a bad coach, but making the offense run through Bledsoe 100% of the time and Dragic 0% of the time was the first domino that eventually **** everything else up.

I agree but I'm just not sure if Thomas is willing to accept a bench role still. Maybe they'll still experiment with the 2 pg lineup. With Dragic gone Thomas may be more comfortable knowing he's a starter but sharing responsibilities

why blame IT, your GM is the one who signed him after already having drafted a PG to boot.
