Please let these nightmares of the Kohl era be over.

20.2ppg, 7.8apg, 5.2rpg, 0.9spg, 3.3tpg.....Shot 42% overall and 27% from 3, 85% at the line.

Why would you attach Reggie Jackson's stats as a starter to this quote??

Please don't tell me you think the Bucks are trading Middleton.

I respect your opinion. But size that can score will always have value in basketball. This will never not be true.

The question here is "how much value." Guys that can just score are rather plentiful and not always greatly beneficial to their teams.

I think Henson and the Clips 1st for Kanter has already been agreed upon FWIW, both teams waiting to announce it in case something better comes around.

I'm fine if it's just Henson and the Clips pick.

Trade away a 1st round talent that no one has seen play, as well as a first round pick for a player who is a RFA this offseason?

Brilliant...

Ersan and Bucks 2016 lotto protected pick for Kanter

2017 Clips pick/2015 Bucks 2nd for Jackson/Lamb (gets OKC out of lux tax)

Kenyon moves into assistant coaching slot to clear roster space or JOB cut/dealt.

Yeah, I don't really care about that and I still wouldn't pay guys based on 2016. I think Knight is probably worth around $10 million. If Kidd is convinced that he can continue to mold him, get him to protect the ball more and improve his decision making then I'd probably go up to something like $12.5 million. No way I'd go beyond that though.

I just have a feeling someone is going to give him a max offer sheet now. Not sure who, but the hype train seems to be rolling for Knight around the league.

You're a markets guy, right?

If in 2016-2017, a max deal starts at $16 mil/year, and somebody offered you a clone of Knight named Krandon Bright for 4 years/55 million (1 year into his old max) that isn't a good deal? You wouldn't take that if you're convinced that he's a good player?

This can't be stressed enough.

It's one thing to give up a pick in the 20s and Ersan or Mayo or Bayless. It's another thing entirely to give up a better, cheeper player who plays the same **** position.

Kanter isn't a rental and the 1st round pick is low.

You either get Kanter for an extra cheap year at $7 million next year or he forces himself into RFA and you can sign him to a cheap deal before the 2016 boom or S&T.

If we trade Middleton so we can afford Knight and Kanter I am going to be very concerned with the direction of this team.

Also, if the plan is Knight/Middleton/Giannis/Parker/Kanter, how many basketballs do we get to use at once?

we don't know the deal

why give up any assets at all for a guy you can get in the offseason?

I don't see anyway Kanter gets under 10m
