People think centrepiece only in terms of offense, but we have a defensive superstar, build around him in the sense of adding players that maximise MKG's strengths is all I'm saying.
Give him shooters and defenders to allow him some freedom to operate on both sides of the court.
Adding shooters would help Kemba as much as MKG. Is it possible that you are so anti-Kemba right now because you are frustrated that people think Kemba is better and you don't think we are building around MKG? Kemba is at worst our second best player, and he needs the same types of players that MKG needs in order to excel. We can add shooting at shooting guard or power forward, and we have a stretch 4 prospect that will hopefully pan out. Why does it have to be "trade Kemba and build around MKG"? Why can't we just build around the strengths of the best players? I just don't see how keeping Kemba in any way prevents us from building around the defensive identity that MKG gives our team. You seem to think that you have to take Kemba down in order to build up MKG. Everyone loves MKG (except MI

) and no one has a problem with anyone saying MKG is our best player.
