If we keep the M&Ms, Bledsoe, Knight, Len or Green and we also keep Hornacek we are f*ck*d.
We need to do some trades, but we also need to figure out which style fits us more, or which style we want, and how are we going to get it.
If we keep the Morris, we need a coach who does not let them shoot as many times as they get the ball.
If we keep Green, we need a coach that gets him into the game, for example, during those periods of the game when nothing decisive is being played. Or, on the other hand, in the clutch moments.
If we keep Bledsoe we need a coach who gets the most out of him. The biggest effort on both sides. The biggest effort in every possesion. For that, he has to feel that what he does matters (which means we have enough quality to win an important amount of games) and other players are going to follow his effort.
If we keep Knight we need to know that the coach will teach him when and how to shoot, so he can increase percentages and he can minimize losses.
So we can talk all we want about players, but we need a good GM and a good coach that have a plan. As of now, we have no plans. We play the game the players want to play. They play some defense. They get easy shots on offense because of lack of effort to get better shots, or a more ellaborated offense.
Didn't we have all of those players sans Knight last year under the same coach and GM? And we won 48 games with those same players, and when both Bledsoe and Goran were playing, weren't we a 600 ball Club?
As for the twins, they are shooting more than last year. MkMo with three more shot attempts in five extra minutes, and McMo with less than two more in three extra minutes. I'm not sure that is enough to make claims about their attempts, especially considering that one started every game, and the other started a bunch.
