Noels freshman PER was higher than any 3 yrs of WCS, plus they are the same age

Not saying that he isnt good, his perceived Upside isnt as high

I will take Mudiay or WCS. I don't know why people hate on wcs, he is very agile for a guy his size. I understand he has no offensive game but we don't need him for that. Tyson didn't have a offensive game either and won a ring with the mavs. Its all about how you build the team. WCS is more athletic than Tyson and has better defense, hopefully he doesn't have small p*ssy hands like him lol

Chandler didn't become good until he teamed with Chris Paul in NO and all he had to do was catch oops. then just had to worry about defense when he played with Dirk in his prime. Unfortunately, the current system does not call for such possibilities. I always go by the rule that if you pick in the top 5, you better draft the player that projects to score 20ppg.

From an NBA standpoint, I would put WCS higher. Noel was a college C. No way he can handle C in the NBA. C's are more valuable than PF's (which is what Noel is).

So is Anthony Davis, If we are talking equal prospects then Im ok with the tie going to Center.

WCS isnt as good as Noel IMO

Noel posted 10pts 8rebs 2stls and 2blks as a rookie with a 15.0 PER

Kaminsky is not in the same league defensively though, so it comes down to which side of the court you value more.

Neither player should be in the conversation at 4 though.

Great. Kaminsky is Troy Murphy or Josh McRoberts. That isnt much to get excited about

D'Angelo Russell should be an option. I wouldn't at all be surprised if he fell.

Nor would I. All of these reports are just using one another as a source. Sixers have said they don't know who they want yet and last I checked there haven't been workouts yet. Fact is Mudiay is more likely to impress with his athleticism than Russell and at least on the surface will be a more exciting pick. Also, still don't know who Lakers are drafting. If Lakers take a guard do Sixers pass up another potentially great big?

He may be an option, it just did not seem likely at the time of the post based on all of the mock drafts available and what appeared to be the overall consensus.

Anthony Davis is just a little bit better than Noel wouldn't you say? Yes, if Noel was anywhere close to being Anthony Davis, then there's no reason to knock him at all. But he's not. So not really sure what Anthony Davis has to do with anything. WCS and Noel are closer to each other than either is to Anthony Davis.

Mudiay is getting snatched up at 3 so I'm pretty sure we're getting Russel.

WCS will still be on the board at 10. Why take him at 4? Just to pay him extra and look stupid for not trading back?

What can we offer to Minny to trade up, so we can get what we really wanted (Towns, i guess)?!

Would they do a pick swap if we offer something good?! Any idea?!

What is this "something good" that we have to offer?

i assume our only somewhat valuable assets would be THjr (just because he is on a rookie deal and has scoring potential) and 2018 pick.

I assume Minnesota would do that since they seem very high on Porzingis and they can bank on the knicks being bad in 2018.

But I wouldn't do that and I don't think Phil would. I don't think there is enough play seperation (even though I have Towns clearly ranked #1) to move our 2018 pick.

We can send them the chicken and rice cart on 53rd and 6th? That's something good.
