It happens quite often, big 3 era- fans would turn on Wade after just a small stretch of bad games and then hop right back on his nuts when he eventually goes on that tear. You expect these kind of things from non-heat fans not fans who have witnessed his greatness for over a decade.
Inb4 you accuse of being more of a Wade fan than Heat fan too. Yea no.
Thanks Freud, but I'm moreso just annoyed by all you emotional overreactors. Thought quoting you quoting cyclix was a good opportunity to net a 2-for-1 see if some rational discussion and substance can be elicited. Doesn't seem so.
As for the bold, you forget that during the big 3 era we had A LOT of "non-heat fans" just visiting for a 4 year stint.
Lol "emotional overreactors", please tell me how saying some Heat fans are quick to throw Wade to the side is overreacting. No one is saying he should get the Kobe deal, nor am I saying he should be low-balled. Saying it's understandable for him wanting 3/45 is rational and far from being emotional. If the dude has put TEAM first for his whole career and finally wants to get his full pay for once then I completely understand. If he leaves then so be it but I'm definitely not going to call him stingy for it.
Outside of a tiny handful of trolls, is there anyone in this thread that is claiming he deserves less than that?
That's the thing, some of you all are condemning people that don't exist. Not only did you say people are quick to throw Wade under the bus (when it seems your views are in line with almost every single poster in the thread), but you also endorsed the post you responded to, thus purporting the idea that many in the thread are "stupid" and less worthy of having witnessed Wade than yourself. That is an emotional overreaction if I've ever seen one.
