Yeah, they come across as cocky dicks too. I legit saw them arguing with someone about bbq on facebook springing from their Frank the Tank hatred. IDK why, but something about those guys just grates my nerves... Like they could have an attainable plan for world peace and I'd be against it because of their involvement.

Charlotte Independence play Chicago fire tonight. If we get another win we get a home game against an MLS team

Is anyone on here knowledgeable about knee injuries? I hyperextended my knee and Im not sure if its serious as ive never had a knee injury. It isnt swollen or bruised and i can walk on it reasonably well if i keep it somewhat bent. Its still pretty painful to try to extend it and its a bit sore/tender. There isnt really any pain when its resting. Maybe a slight feeling of pressure. The pain feels like its in the inner knee but towards the front. I didnt feel a pop or anything but there was a bit of a crunching sensation when it happened. I have no idea if it is serious enough to see a doctor. It was pretty damn painful, about the severity of a ankle sprain, but I would imagine if its serious it would be at least somewhat swollen ir bruised.

That reminds me, need to take off my Porzingis sig. I've had sigs turned off for a while. Forgot I had one myself. Oops.

probably just a hyperextended knee sprain, main ligament to look out for would be pcl (possibly acl if rotation was involved). other thing to look at is miniscus. very possible you have a tear. there tends to be swelling, especially in the soft spot in the back of your knee. lay on your stomach and pull your foot to your butt (quad stretch) if you have deep centered knee pain, you very likely injured your miniscus.

ice, rest, NSAID, repeat. if after a week it still isn't marketedly better, go get an mri.

Anyone have a suggestion for the best brewery tours in North Carolina. I know there are some in Asheville but not sure what the other options are and if anyone would recommend one.

You mean the best single brewery to tour or the best company that will take you to a bunch of breweries?

Any and all recommendations are welcome. Looking to get together with some old friends and do something we all enjoy. Got a buddy in Asheville so we may swing through there but was really just curious since a number of us are spread around a bit.

I saw that you lost that game 3-1 if I'm correct. Here in Hungary the interest in USA football (okay, soccer if you like) is going up a bit, because we have a player now in the MLS (Krisztián Németh of Kansas City - also the coach is a hungarian dude). Good luck for the Independence!
