It isnt swollen or bruised and i can walk on it reasonably well if i keep it somewhat bent. Its still pretty painful to try to extend it and its a bit sore/tender. There isnt really any pain when its resting. Maybe a slight feeling of pressure. The pain feels like its in the inner knee but towards the front. I didnt feel a pop or anything but there was a bit of a crunching sensation when it happened. I have no idea if it is serious enough to see a doctor. It was pretty damn painful, about the severity of a ankle sprain, but I would imagine if its serious it would be at least somewhat swollen ir bruised.

You mean the best single brewery to tour or the best company that will take you to a bunch of breweries?
