I'm not scared, but the Spurs kept themselves relevant as their older guys are reaching the twilight.
While I don't think Aldridge is all that, and the proverbial bag of chips, I do think that the fact that he has some more complete team and team style, that it will allow him to be a bit more efficient and less volume. So that is a plus for them. He's a real good player and he keeps them in the convo.
Keeping Danny Green and adding Aldridge was the key. Because if they lose Green, Bellinelli, Splitter, and even Baynes, and only add Aldridge, then it would be a net negative. Keeping Danny and adding Aldridge is a plus.
